Under the Cherry Blossom Tree

Shame continued walking, but stopped when a strange and familiar scent filled his nose. The strange part of the scent was the metallic smell of blood. The familiar part of the scent belonged to Seth. He had always been in love with that boy. It was a love that was not to be though. No one would allow it. With it not being allowed it had drove Shame into leaving so that he didn’t have to deal with the fact that he was going to be alone. HE couldn’t deal with staying alone and it soon drove him mad. Still not completely in his right mind he made his way towards Seth’s scent. He had to find the boy and make sure he was alright. If he wasn’t than he would find some way to make the boy better. He’d give his life for Seth if he had to. He grew closer and closer to the scent and that’s when another caught his nose. The scent of one of Seth’s brothers. He was sure this was the one that didn’t like him. He was going to have to deal with it though. If he wanted to save Seth he was just going to have to ignore the other boy. It shouldn’t be that hard. Finally he found them. He watched them for a moment before he approached. Seth was bleeding and it had Shame very worried. “Seth..?” He called out curiously.

Cross watched the group of wolves from where he was in the sky. He tilted his head slightly before he decided to intervene. This was a good chance to use his powers. Of course they weren’t really for the good. He looked at the dying wolf and then glanced over at Shame. “I bet you want to save that boy.” He stated with a slight tilt of his head. He soon pushed his glasses up off of the bridge of his nose. “Well I can help you with that.” He added. He smiled brightly. “I can also make it where he won’t ever get hurt again.” He added with a small smile. “All you have to do is give me something in return.” He would elaborate on what he wanted only if Shame agreed to be helped.
